Summary of Recent Incidents Involving the Release of Oil and Gas Chemicals and Waste in Colorado

This report summarizes four incidents involving the release of oil and gas chemicals or wastes in Colorado. The releases involved drilling mud, hydraulic fracturing chemicals, seepage from a driling pit and vapors and emissions from gas condensate pits.
