Opposition Letter to House Amendment 647 to H.R. 5515

In response to the “critical minerals” rider in the 2019 NDAA, 73 organizations sent a letter to Congress to oppose House Amendment 647, offered by Rep. Amodei to H.R. 5515, the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 (NDAA) when the NDAA is considered by the conference committee.
