On December 21, 2005, the Colorado Oil and Gas Association (COGA) filed an application with the Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission, asking the Commission to reconsider the new noise rule (Rule 802) that the Commission adopted December 6, 2005.
COGA’s motion challenges the decision to reduce noise levels by 5 decibels in residential/rural/agricultural areas.
