Kendra is a Diné woman from the Eastern Agency of the Navajo Nation. Kendra has a BA in Environmental Studies from Fort Lewis College and observes, records, and reports air quality concerns as needed to the appropriate agency.
Living within a frontline community, she has captured air samples for testing and reported the findings directly to state and federal officials. Kendra continues to advocate for clean air and clean water in the Greater Chaco Canyon region.
