Speak up in Support of Reforming the 1872 Mining Law

We must address the shortcomings of the archaic 1872 Mining Law to protect the air, water, and lands of Indigenous and other mining-affected communities. Congress must update and strengthen mining regulations to respect Indigenous rights, safeguard water resources, and protect public lands.
