Dear Mr. Hopkins:
Thank you for the opportunity to offer input on potential rules to cover air pollution emissions from Ohio’s oil and gas facilities. Earthworks thanks the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (OEPA) for initiating this important process and for recognizing that the gas industry must be required to control its pollution from all sources, including those not currently covered by the state’s recently issued general permits.
