Earthworks is looking for a detail-oriented person to assist in running the Finance & Operations of Earthworks in Washington, DC. The Finance and Operations Associate (FOA) is a full-time position and reports to the Director of Finance and Operations (DFO)

We offer a generous benefits package that includes flex time, parental leave, vacation days, sick days, and a paid sabbatical for long-term employees. The position pays $47,000-$52,000 commensurate with the selected candidate’s experience and skill level.
